Role Summary:

Outbound sales representative provides you with the experience to sell products for a tech company and the skills to interact with medical clinics and practices offering MedAdvance products, which will help their business.


  • Engages decision makers in conversations regarding product or service
  • Or lead generation which plays a key role in the growth and expansion of
  • Updates and maintains prospect database on a daily basis
  • Places outbound sales calls to prospects
  • Evaluates risks utilizing underwriting rules and guidelines in order to bind coverage
  • Counsels prospects on coverage, limits, and regulations
  • Will use the provided systems to call existing customers for the purpose of ensuring complete customer satisfaction and optimizing the customer's current and future products and services use through fact finding, active listening, and solution selling
  • Meet sales quotas and revenue targets, and provide a superior customer experience
  • Analyze customer needs with limited customer engagement
  • Conduct initial and follow-up telephone calls to build a relationship, increase customer loyalty and product distribution while maintaining established customer call frequency schedules

Skills Requirements:

  • Organization, effective communication and strong listening skills
  • Typically 5 or more years of selling or account management experience
  • Understanding of effective communication concepts, tools and techniques
  • Creates proposals for customers related to the proposed solution and
  • Position requires strong funnel management skills
  • Replace competitive diets through consultative sales approach, product education and promotions
